研究方向为基于智能技术的建筑可持续(建筑废弃物管理,绿色建筑,LCA,装配式建筑,BIM);神经工程管理(基于人体工效学的建成环境研究);工程管理(建筑投融资,工程造价)。主持国家级、省部级等各类课题12项;以第一/通讯作者发表国际期刊论文40余篇(ESI高被引论文3篇),谷歌学术总被引次数达2090次。现担任中华建设管理研究会(香港)理事,中华建设管理研究会青年委员会副主任委员,澳大利亚西悉尼大学联合博士生导师,Journal of Green Building(A&HCI检索)高级编委,Frontiers of Engineering Management特约通讯专家,《全球工程前沿2021》“基于智能技术的建筑可持续发展研究”前沿解读专家,深圳市福田区政府投资项目评审专家,多本SCI/SSCI期刊客座编辑。
